PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales, processing may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

DELIVERY TIMES

Standard shipping: 2-7 business days. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.
Once a package has been shipped, Bird & Bloom is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier, and we'll gladly assist by providing any information needed.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bird & Bloom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if your order has not yet shipped.
